Do you think you can control what you dream about?

I don't think that you can. Last night I had a dream so realistic (probably because I was drugged up on Nyquil) that once I woke up, I was just praying that it wasn't real.

That made me wonder, do you think you can control what you dream about? Not what happens IN the dream because I know sometimes you can guide your dreams but what you are dreaming about?
