One notch up

ooooo look, i found this on my work computer. someone knew i needed a perking up and gave me something already :) My max usually cheers me up!

Errrgggg

I am in a poop mood today. Grrr. Once of those moods where people or things just set you off. You were fine in the morning and then you get to a certain place (nothing specific of course) and your mood just goes sour. Grrr. Grrr. Grrr.

That's all I have to say for now... let's hope things move up from here.

My Sweet Baby

You know what I love?

When my sweet big ole baby Clydey cuddles up to me and leans in to get a kiss and I get a big ole whiff of dead animal. Not only does his face smell like dead animal but his body does too. Sigh. Emergency shower for Clydey. Just what I wanted to do while relaxing. Give a 75 pound dog a shower.

The Artic

My house is freezing. ALL. THE. LIVE. LONG. DAY. This is my thermometer at it's warm point. This is what I get to put it at when I'm cold. Lucky me! Sometimes when Max is gone I treat myself and turn it up to 67... muhahahaha! But I make sure to turn it down before he gets home so I don't get in trouble ;) When I'm not home Max treats himself and turns it down to like 58. Muhahaha for him, my crazy husband. This is why I have affectionately named my house The Artic.
Here I am in my daily home clothes wear... sweatpants, sweatshirt with a couple layers underneath, my scarf and my hat. I always have my hat on. And gotta have that blanket wrapped up around me... makes this place almost bearable!

work, work, work

We lost another person at the bank... we are now down to 4 1/2 people. the 1/2 a person is the receptionist who has to fill in as a teller to help out. Last year at this time we had 8 people working there. EIGHT. I now have overtime at the bank and I have also started working at Holiday again for some extra money.

I usually only have 2 jobs if plan on going on an expensive vacation... looks like I did it backwards this time ;) I already went on the expensive vacation and got married. That equals a lot of frequent flyer miles I tell you!

Finally!

I have been keeping my hair long for most of my life. When we got engaged, I told Max I would grow it out as long as it would go until after the wedding and then I would chop it off. Well I finally got to cut it all off and I love it!
















It now takes me less then ten minutes to do my hair from out of the shower to ready to roll :) It used to take me over then minutes just to blow dry it!

Wisconsin Reception After Party

I had my wedding reception on December 13 at Faith Community Church. It turned out really well, I think. They decorations that my family and I worked so hard to put together turned out beautiful (did anyone get a picture of the centerpieces? I wasn't able to take any pics myself since I was talking to everyone but I would love a pic!) Dinner was delicious, complements of Max's stepmom Laurie. She is an EXCELLENT cook. I really enjoyed seeing everyone and spending time. I was so surprised at the turn out! Max and I know a LOT of people!

After the church reception and the takedown of the decorations, a medium sized group of us went to City Limits for a little drinking and celebrating. It was a lot of fun!

This is Ashmonkey and her boyfriend Nate. I met Ashley in college and became fast friends! She is hilarious!
This is another college friend of mine, Sarah. She came down to the wedding in St. Croix and did the photography for the wedding! She's super good at what she does I'll tell you that right now!
A group of us... we were getting so camera happy! Actually anything dealing with the wedding had a million funny face photos. We are a crazy bunch my friends, family and I!
John and Kristi.. I haven't spent a lot of time with them since I was a little, little girl! Thanks so much for coming out guys! It was like a blast from the past seeing you and mom hanging out!
